    Our Promise to you

    • Students Are Important To Us

We know it can be daunting when a loved one moves away for the first time. Here at DIGS, students are at the heart of every decision we make and we’d like to put your mind at rest by reassuring you that your loved one will be in good hands living with us.

    • Our Promise

At DIGS we adhere and are signed up to the Accreditation Network UK of standards for student accommodation providers, ensuring all our students have high standards of living.

    • Safety

Safety first! Safety is extremely important to us at DIGS Accommodation. For your peace of mind, we have CCTV at every property and a safety team at each site. Each flat and bedroom door also has it’s own lock.

    • Student Welfare

We work closely with the welfare department at our partner universities. Please feel free to contact us, should you think your student needs welfare advice or help.

    • Contents Insurance

Our partners Endsleigh provide students with insurance protection for possessions inside their room. Cover can be upgraded to include laptops, bikes, phones and more. Find out more here.

    • Are You A Guarantor?

At DIGS we pride ourselves on being a responsible landlord and therefore our students require a guarantor. The role of a guarantor is to ensure students adhere to their Tenancy Agreement. As a guarantor you would be required to fill in a section of our booking process and ensure the student has read and understood the contract they are signing. Please contact us for our guarantor ‘How To’ guide should you be struggling with this section of the booking process.
