Yes, we can offer single-sex accommodation if we have the availability. Please include your
preference within your application notes.
International students require a U.K guarantor to pay in three instalments. If you do not have a U.K guarantor, you can pay in 2 instalments – 60% of your full rent prior to move in, and 40% in January. There is also the option to pay your full rent upfront.
You have three payment options available:
If you’re booking at DIGS Storthes Hall Park, you can pay your rent in 10 monthly instalments. On your application, select this option in the payment section. (Monthly payments are only valid for International Students applying to DIGS Storthes Hall Park, Huddersfield).
If you are unable to obtain a visa to carry out your studies, then we will release you from your contract if you can provide proof from the relevant authority.
We do not include bedding; however you can purchase a bedding pack from us for £30 so that it is waiting in your room for your arrival. The bedding pack includes flat sheet, duvet, duvet cover, pillow and pillow case. Please email [email protected] to make

Our team plan lots of events and activities to help you to make friends and meet new people. We have students from over 45 countries living with DIGS so you can be assured that you’ll have a good time living with us.
Yes you can check in during the night, our 24/7 on-site team will be available to help. If you are arriving outside of the hours of 7am and 7pm, please let us know so that we can expect your arrival.
