  • BrandFour hosts and maintains this website on behalf of digstudent.co.uk. digstudent.co.uk is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with the terms of use stated on this website and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data collected from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed. Data Collection via digstudent.co.uk Any data collected via the website is done so in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations and is done so under consent of the data subject. The website does not store or copy any data entered and no data is held by BrandFour Ltd. Data submitted via all data capture forms is:
    • Given so under consent of the data subject
    • Is emailed directly to the client who owns the website
    • Is immediately deleted from the website once emailed to the client
    • Not stored on any other systems held by BrandFour Ltd
    Where data is required for the fulfillment of goods or services offered by the website then data is processed and stored in GDPR compliant cloud hosting systems. This data is encrypted and cannot be accesse so cannot be read by any persons working at BrandFour Ltd. Hosts used by BrandFour Ltd are:

    • Racksapce Cloud Services
    Other systems used by BrandFour to use personal data provided by consent are:
    • Sendgrid
    • Mailchimp
